Flange to Flange Tension Compression Sensor FFD is made of stainless steel utilizing strain gauge technology to deliver maximum 0.2% non-linearity of full scale. Flange Type Force Sensor FFD offers 0-2kN / 0-3kN / 0-5kN / 0-10kN / 0-20kN five rated measuring ranges to choose from, Flange Force Transducer FFD can be used for both tension and compression force measurement. Stainless steel construction, flange design, compact size, bidirectional force measurement, Flange Force Transducer FFD offers a perfect force measuring solution for applications such as force distribution analysis, automated control, cylinder thrust measurement, assembly force monitoring, spring testing, ultrasonic welding clamp force control, hand press force verification, and so on. Specifications

The output signal of model FFD is normally within -25mV...+25mV. A load cell amplifier can be used to convert mV singal into -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.

Example: Compression Force Sensor FFD-20kN working with amplifier FSC(0-10V)-24V, the Force-Voltage relationship will be 0-20kN compression load VS 0-10V output, 1V voltage corresponds to 2kN compression load, 5V voltage corresponds to 10kN compression force,and so on.
