Description

The servo wire tension unit uses the wire feeding method for high speed winding control.

by replacing the spring to change its tension value, this product comes with tension feedback

stabilization system that can automatically tension stable equilibrium and with particular stable

tension and easy to adjust.

The feedback system will monitor the tension and make changes to the feeding speed to maintain

the set tension level even during rapid acceleration and to prevent any sudden change in the tension when winding non-round shaped coils.

2.In the all series of servo tensioner, please confirm output of maximum tension scope. Such as: You need tension range is 1-100g, that can select SF100. According to definition of type. Kindly confirm if need properties of tension attenuator or display tension function and mounted position of the tension wheel. If no need other function,That can choose SF100.
