Our PPR Pipe Production Line is a versatile extrusion system engineered to manufacture PPR hot & cold water pipes. Besides PPR resin, this line is compatible with a wide range of raw materials including HDPE, LDPE, PP, PPH, PPB, MPP and PERT. It can fabricate single-layer, multi-layer, and double-cavity composite pipes such as PPR fiberglass composite pipes, UV-resistant outer layer pipes and antibacterial inner layer pipes.
Capable of producing pipes ranging from 16mm to 160mm, the line supports double-outlet production for 20–63mm specifications, producing two pipes simultaneously from one die to cut machine and operational costs. Featuring composite spiral die technology to eliminate material memory, the machine achieves 35% energy saving and doubles production efficiency. Equipped with well-known electrical components including Schneider, ABB and Crydom, our PPR extrusion lines hold CE and ISO certifications, delivering stable, reliable, highly automated operation for pipe factories.
