TRF Series toroidal common mode inductor with Plastic Case
Protection,There are many sizes to choose from
The TRF series toroidal common-mode inductor features a plastic
case and toroidal core design. Rated current covers 0.3A to 8A.
Inductance ranges from 0.7mH to 100mH (dual winding). Common-mode
resonance frequency ranges from 100KHz to 3MHz. The plastic case
provides excellent mechanical strength and environmental
protection, suitable for various harsh operating conditions. Low
DCR and low temperature rise ensure efficient operation. Multiple
PCB mounting housing styles are available to suit different layout
requirements. Operating temperature range: -40°C to +105°C.
Soldering heat resistance: 260°C/10 seconds. It is widely used in
AC/DC and DC/DC line noise suppression, communication systems,
automotive electronics, LCD/PDP TVs, and computer peripherals.

FAQ
Q: What are the inductance and current ranges of the TRF series?
A: The TRF series covers inductance from 0.7mH to 100mH (dual
winding) and rated current from 0.3A to 8A. The wide inductance
range and high current capacity make it suitable for various EMI
suppression applications, from signal line filtering to power line
filtering. For specific selection, please refer to the datasheet or
contact our technical support team.
Q: What are the advantages of the plastic case?
A: The plastic case provides physical protection and environmental
shielding. It effectively prevents foreign objects from contacting
the windings, improving product reliability in harsh environments.
The plastic case also facilitates automated insertion and PCB
mounting, offering excellent mechanical strength and vibration
resistance.
Q: What does the 1500VAC withstand voltage test represent?
A: The 1500VAC withstand voltage test (between windings, 3 seconds)
means the primary and secondary windings can withstand 1500V AC
without breakdown, ensuring isolation safety. This parameter is
especially important for safety isolation in AC/DC power supplies.
