Working Principle
The spring cone crusher drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate
through the motor and transmission system, making the movable cone
do periodic swinging and eccentric motion around the fixed cone.
After hard materials such as granite, basalt and iron ore evenly
enter the crushing cavity, they are continuously squeezed, impacted
and ground between the movable cone and fixed cone, realizing
layered progressive medium and fine crushing. Qualified fine
aggregates are discharged downward through the gap at the bottom of
the crushing cavity, while unqualified coarse materials stay in the
cavity for repeated crushing. The core spring safety protection
system acts as an automatic protection barrier during operation:
once ultra-hard foreign impurities that cannot be crushed enter the
cavity, the spring assembly automatically compresses to increase
the discharge gap, discharge the obstructions smoothly, and then
reset quickly to restore normal crushing operation. The whole
