GZR-800-I automatic winding machine is a high-precision, fully
automatic winding equipment specially designed for medium and small
distribution transformers, power transformers, and reactor coils.
The complete machine consists of a main winding host, automatic
wire insulation & layer paper feeding system, adjustable tension
pay-off stand, pneumatic system, PLC controller, and servo drive
system.
With high automation, strong torque output, and stable winding
precision, the machine ensures excellent axial tightness and
uniform coil compactness. It is especially ideal for high-quality
rectangular transformer coil winding.

Winding Main Host
The main machine adopts thick steel plate welded frame with
annealing stress relief treatment, ensuring high rigidity and
long-term stable operation.
The transmission gearbox uses large-modulus helical hard-tooth
gears with precision grinding processing, offering strong torque
output, low noise, and high wear resistance.
Equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation system:

Automatic Wire Arrangement & Insulation System
The servo-driven ball screw wire arranging system ensures precise
