The high-power DC power wiring harness is fully enclosed by a galvanized metal housing. The cable shielding mesh is connected to the housing with single-ended grounding to prevent signal wave interference with communication generated by drivers. It adopts turned gold-plated brass terminals featuring ultra-low contact resistance and small temperature rise during long-term current operation. The mating cycle life of male and female connectors reaches ≥ 1000 times.
