Kemaisi intelligent static barrier gate thoroughly solves this problem with a mandatory testing mechanism. Employees must pass through the electrostatic test panel beside the gate; only when the static value is qualified can they pass. If the test fails, the gate remains closed and gives a voice prompt: "Static exceeds limit, please use the static removal ball." The device can be equipped with a static eliminator ball. Employees press it for 3 to 5 seconds and then retest; once qualified, they are allowed to pass, with no manual intervention required throughout the process. The system automatically records each passage including employee ID, time, static value, pass or fail status, and whether the eliminator ball was used. The quality department can retrieve reports at any time for customer complaint tracing and internal audits. The entire unit is made of 304 stainless steel, sturdy and durable, providing a reliable first line of defense for high end manufacturing workshops.
