Description

We specialize in water removal from natural gas, There are usually two ways, molecular sieve dehydration and glycol dehydration. Here we are introducing TEG natural gas or fuel gas dehydration unit.

 When the dew point of natural gas is required to drop to 30 ~ 70 ℃, glycol dehydration is usually used. Glycol dehydration is mainly used to make the dew point of natural gas meet the requirements of pipeline transportation.

 Temperature: 15 ~ 48 ℃; Pressure: 2.76 ~ 9.3Mpag.

 Flow: 50000 m3 / day ~ 3 million m3 / day.

 Parameters to be provided for scheme and quotation: inlet air temperature, pressure, flow, composition, utilities, etc.

 Feed separator, absorber, glycol heat exchanger, glycol reboiler, glycol buffer tank, glycol circulating pump, filter, rich and poor liquid heat exchanger, glycol flash separator, etc.

TEG is released from the bottom of the absorber. After entering the pressure regulating device, the heat exchanger enters the heat exchanger of the TEG rich and poor liquid heat exchanger. After heat transfer, it enters the TEG regeneration tower. In the regeneration system, TEG is thickening. After regeneration, the TEG alcohol poor liquid is cooled by three alcohol glycol rich and poor liquid heat exchanger and cooled into the circulating pump to adjust the pressure. Here we make up TEG, and the TEG after pressure regulation enters the dry gas lean liquid heat exchanger and re-enters the top of the dehydration absorption tower. In this way, the process completes the absorption, regeneration and circulation of TEG. Among them, the gas water vapor and a small amount of hydrocarbon gas discharged from the top of TEG regeneration tower.
