Tailored for ultra-high-speed small-container production lines, this thirty-six-station labeling unit reaches a production range of 36,000 to 42,000 bottles per hour, specially designed for miniature packaging with a maximum diameter of 75 mm, such as pharmaceutical vials, essence bottles and mini beverage cans. Our proprietary dual pressure roller label feeding mechanism is refined for ultra-thin fragile label substrates, maintaining steady tension throughout the feeding path to support inline visual inspection and automatic alarm-triggered shutdown upon label missing. The servo edge correction unit restricts label tilt below 1°, securing ±0.3 mm feeding accuracy and ±0.2 mm fine labeling tolerance for high-definition printed tiny labels.

All product-contact components adopt SUS304 stainless steel, paired with a thickened integrated stainless steel workbench and waterproof independent air-conditioned electrical cabinet. The imported Korean automatic lubrication system regularly injects lubricant into all rotating joints to lower wear during non-stop high-speed running. Running on 19KW 380V/50Hz power with 5 kg working air pressure, its standard conveying height of 1050 mm can be adjusted to match on-site layout requirements. With unified width and height dimensions and a heavy total weight, this model targets pharmaceutical, cosmetic and health product factories with high-demand small-specification bottle lines that require maximum hourly output and consistent premium labeling appearance.
