2) Frame: Black PC/ABS or PP+MD (High rigidity, resistant to light source heat generation)

3. Tooling Technology:
1) Steel Grade: S136 (Hardened to HRC 48-52) or NAK80.
2) Tooling: Mirror-finish polishing (SPI A-1 grade) for the optical texture, micron-level ultra-precision machining.
4. Surface: Fully automated UV hard-coating spraying (to enhance scratch resistance).
5. Inspection: 100% automatic airtightness pressure-drop testing.
