Forward and reverse threaded screw segments are essential pressure-regulating and process-adjusting parts for twin screw extrusion production lines. Forward thread elements are mainly used for rapid material conveying and forward pushing to ensure stable feeding and continuous production; reverse thread elements adopt reverse spiral structure, which can effectively build stable material back pressure in the extrusion barrel, create closed processing areas, and meet the process requirements of liquid additive injection, vacuum devolatilization, gas removal and reactive modification. The whole body is made of high-strength alloy steel with deep nitriding treatment, which improves surface wear resistance and internal toughness, avoiding fracture and deformation under long-term high-pressure working conditions.
