GCS Low Voltage Draw-out Switchgear
Product Overview
The GCS-type low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter
referred to as switchgear) is an advanced low-voltage power
distribution solution jointly designed and developed by national
industry authorities, electric power users, and specialized design
consortiums. It is meticulously engineered to conform to national
power distribution conditions while delivering exceptional
technical performance indexes that fully compete with premium
imported low-voltage panels.
This device is widely utilized across large-scale power generation
stations, petroleum refining facilities, chemical processing
plants, metallurgical operations, textile mills, and modern
high-rise buildings. It thrives in high-automation environments
requiring a centralized computer monitoring interface. It operates
perfectly in three-phase AC systems with a frequency of 50/60 Hz,
rated working voltages of 380V (400V) or 660V, and a rated current
up to 4000A. The equipment rigorously complies with IEC439-1,
GB7251, and ZBK36001 international and national industry standards.
Key Features & Advantages
- High Industrial Technical Performance: Developed by state authorities and top-tier industrial experts to
deliver unparalleled short-time withstand capacities, providing a
highly reliable substitute for imported low-voltage panels.
- Smart Automation Readiness: Featuring integrated hardware interfaces fully optimized for
connection with industrial computers and DCS networks, unlocking
real-time remote monitoring, data logging, and diagnostic control.
- Heavy-Duty Busbar Capability: Effortlessly supports high-capacity industrial power distribution
demands with horizontal main busbar currents rated up to 4000A.
- Advanced Compartmental Isolation: Structured with strict independent physical boundaries separating
functional units (drawers), busbars, and cable exit zones,
preventing fault propagation and ensuring maximum safety.

Environmental Operating Conditions
- Ambient Air Temperature: Operates safely between -5°C and +40°C, with an average 24-hour
temperature not exceeding +35°C. If temperatures exceed this
average, capacity-reduced operation must be arranged according to
site realities.
- Atmospheric Humidity: Relative humidity must not exceed 50% at a peak temperature of
+40°C. Higher relative humidity is permitted at lower temperatures
(e.g., 90% at +20°C). Occasional condensation due to temperature
fluctuation must be monitored.
- Atmospheric Purity: Clean indoor air condition, free from corrosive, flammable, or
explosive gases, and devoid of conductive dust that could damage
structural insulation.
- Vibration & Tilt: Suitable for vertical installation in areas without severe
mechanical shaking or impact vibration. The physical installation
tilt must not exceed 5 degrees.
- Maximum Altitude: Reliable operational stability up to 2000 meters above sea level.
- Storage & Transport Limits: Highly resilient during logistics, withstanding storage conditions
from -40°C to +55°C, and short-term exposure (under 24 hours) up to
+70°C.

Why Choose JNCN Power GCS Low Voltage Draw-out Switchgear
Selecting the optimal low-voltage power distribution platform
dictates the core safety and modern control efficiency of
heavy-industry infrastructure. JNCN Power brings exceptional
engineering craftsmanship and high-reliability design optimizations
to the GCS Series through the following key pillars:
- National-Standard Compliant Optimization: Our GCS panels are engineered in rigorous conformity with national
consortium guidelines. By fine-tuning internal structural layouts
and optimizing structural rigidity, JNCN GCS panels deliver premier
performance indicators that fully match or exceed imported
technical solutions, providing maximum economic and operational
security.
- Seamless Intelligence and Automation Readiness: Designed explicitly for environments demanding centralized
supervision, our switchgear houses dedicated interfaces optimized
for industrial computers and remote control units. This unlocks
safe real-time predictive analytics, precision thermal reporting,
and automated circuit logic management across high-demand automated
chemical and power stations.
- Superior Thermal Management and Isolation Architecture: JNCN pays meticulous attention to isolation boundaries inside the
cabinet. The functional units, busbars, and outgoing cables are
separated into strictly enclosed independent compartments. This
specific layout effectively dampens arc spread during sudden fault
overloads and optimizes natural heat dissipation across
high-capacity operations up to 4000A.
- Minimized Operational Interruption: The highly modular withdrawable drawer technology ensures rapid
plug-and-play switching functionality. Maintenance procedures,
circuit expansions, or unexpected single-drawer replacements can be
safely conducted with absolute minimum plant down-time,
safeguarding both your factory production throughput and field
operators.
