This laser cutting machine bed is a load-bearing main frame for equipment. It is produced from steel plates by laser cutting blanking and CO2 welding, then precision machined by CNC milling, drilling and tapping, finished with primer plus top coat spray or powder coating surface protection. The product adopts a lightweight structural design that reduces material consumption and purchasing cost while maintaining overall rigidity and dimensional accuracy. It is ideal for small and medium enterprises and individual processing manufacturers to support laser equipment, and supports OEM/ODM customization and non-standard production to customer drawings.

Production Process

  1. Raw Material Laser Cutting - Premium steel plate is blanked by laser cutting, ensuring a flat cut edge and accurate contour dimensions.
  2. CO2 Welding & Forming - Cut plates are CO2 welded and corrected after welding to ensure overall frame structural strength and reduce welding deformation.
  3. CNC Precision Machining - CNC milling, drilling and tapping are used to finish the mounting reference faces, guide rail mounting positions and threaded holes for assembly accuracy.
  4. Surface Treatment - Parts are ground and derusted, primed with anti-rust primer, and optionally top-coated or powder coated to improve corrosion resistance and appearance.
