Assembly Notes: Ensure power is disconnected when installing or removing the
connector. Select appropriate tools and assembly methods based on
production conditions. Insert stripped wire into the product slot
until it cannot be inserted further. Insertion angle is 10 max.
After insertion or during customer application, a straight wire
distance of at least 5mm is required before bending.
Repair and Replacement: Components and wires within the connector are not replaceable or
repairable. Do not use defective or damaged parts.
Process Precautions: Do not repeat insertion (connector is designed for single use;
replace if unable to insert or if metal contacts are damaged). Do
not force insertion. Avoid squeezing the connector end during
assembly or disassembly. Prevent excessive force on wires during
insertion and other processes. Ensure a straight wire distance
after insertion.
