Product Features:
1. The beam drilling machine is equipped with a CNC-controlled workpiece clamping and feeding carriage, providing rapid material transfer, accurate positioning, and stable workpiece feeding throughout the entire machining process.
2. The equipment incorporates three high-speed BT40 spindle units, enabling simultaneous machining of three surfaces of H-beam sections. When equipped with carbide cutting tools, the spindle speed can reach up to 3,000 rpm, providing high processing productivity, precise hole positioning, and excellent hole quality. Machining chips are automatically collected and conveyed through the integrated chain-type chip removal system, helping maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient production environment.

3. The CNC beam drilling system adopts an advanced mist cooling configuration with both internal and external coolant delivery. Each drilling spindle is independently fitted with an external cooling nozzle and an internal coolant interface, allowing operators to select internal cooling, external cooling, or a combined cooling mode according to the selected tooling and specific machining conditions.
4. An Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) can be provided as an optional configuration according to individual customer production requirements. The automatic tool-changing system eliminates the need for manual tool replacement, reduces non-productive machining time, and further enhances overall production efficiency.

5. The beam drilling system can be optionally equipped with a hydraulic CNC rotary disc marking unit. Driven by a high-precision servo motor, the marking disc automatically indexes and selects characters from a 36-character set, providing fast, accurate, and repeatable identification marking for structural steel components.
6. The automatic scribing and tapping functions eliminate conventional manual layout and marking procedures. The scribing system accurately produces welding reference lines on the flanges and webs of H-beams, supporting subsequent fabrication processes while reducing manual labor requirements and improving processing accuracy. The integrated tapping function enables threaded holes to be machined directly on H-beam flanges and webs, further enhancing manufacturing efficiency and process integration.

7. During material feeding and machining operations, all workholding functions, including vertical lifting, lateral positioning, clamping, locking, and releasing, are hydraulically controlled. This centralized hydraulic workholding configuration provides secure and reliable workpiece fixation, stable operation, and consistent machining performance during continuous industrial production.
8. The control system combines an industrial computer with a PLC-based CNC control platform and utilizes high-quality core components from internationally recognized manufacturers. Multiple programming methods are available to support efficient machining program generation, editing, storage, and management. Structural design data created using third-party CAD platforms, including AutoCAD and TEKLA Structures, can be directly imported through formats such as DXF and DSTV, enabling seamless integration with digital steel fabrication workflows.

During sample demonstrations, the CNC H-beam drilling, marking, and shearing machine showcases its machining capabilities using standard H-beam samples with varying flange widths and web thicknesses, together with channel steel workpieces in different specifications. The demonstrated samples clearly illustrate accurate hole positioning, high-quality threaded holes, and well-defined marking results, providing customers and technical personnel with a practical basis for evaluating the machine's machining accuracy, processing consistency, and operational reliability.

The High-Speed CNC H-Beam Drilling, Marking, and Shearing Machine is primarily engineered for structural steel fabrication facilities, bridge construction projects, and other heavy-duty steel processing applications. In steel fabrication workshops, it performs precision drilling and related machining operations on H-beams used for structural frames, columns, and support assemblies, facilitating accurate and efficient steel structure installation. In bridge engineering applications, the machine provides high-precision machining of H-beam components, contributing to improved connection accuracy, structural integrity, and long-term load-bearing performance. By combining high processing efficiency, excellent machining precision, and dependable operational stability, the equipment provides an effective and reliable manufacturing solution for modern structural steel fabrication and infrastructure projects.
