Large‑Inclination Corrugated Sidewall Belt Conveyor

Large‑inclination corrugated sidewall belt conveyor is special‑purpose equipment for bulk material transportation. Featuring integrated corrugated sidewalls and transverse cleats, it realizes steep‑angle climbing conveying. It solves typical drawbacks of ordinary belt conveyors, such as limited inclination angle and material back‑sliding. It is widely adopted for continuous lifting and transfer of sludge, granular materials, sand, industrial waste and recycled aggregates.

The core component is the corrugated sidewall belt. Its base belt, corrugated sidewalls and cleats are vulcanized into one robust unit. Under steep‑angle operation, it holds materials firmly to prevent slipping. The main frame is truss‑type welded by Q235 carbon steel. While keeping lightweight structure, the frame maintains sufficient rigidity and reduces foundation load. It supports fixed installation or sliding base for overall movement, which fits compact workshop layout.

The drive unit adopts hard‑tooth reducer and variable‑frequency motor to realize adjustable speed for variable throughput. Equipped with bend pulleys, pressing roller sets, anti‑deviation devices, belt cleaners and emergency‑stop components, the conveyor guarantees stable belt operation and minimizes material adhesion and belt misalignment. The frame goes through sandblasting and multi‑layer anti‑corrosion painting, adapting to humid, dusty indoor and outdoor working conditions.

This conveyor covers wide capacity range from 5 t/h to 120 t/h, with maximum inclination angle up to 75°. It greatly shortens conveying route and saves plant floor space. It features low operating noise and small running resistance, consuming less energy compared with chain‑plate type conveyors.
