Structural & Design Options

Unlike conventional assemblies that rely on glue or press-fitting—which can fail under high pressure or thermal stress—our integrated plungers are designed for maximum structural integrity:

• Monolithic Ceramic Design: The piston and the drive adaptor are machined from a single solid block of ceramic, completely eliminating any material joints or interface failure points.

• Integrated Metal-Ceramic Assembly: Using high-strength mechanical shrink-fitting or specialized chemical bonding, the ceramic shaft is seamlessly integrated with a stainless steel or titanium adapter for high-torque rotary-reciprocating movements.
