The automated rotor machining and assembly line enables intelligent full process manufacturing of rotors. The workflow covers automatic rotor feeding, automatic rough turning, automatic shaft insertion, rotor finish turning, outer dimension and run out inspection, light gold water brushing, automatic pressing in bearings, and automatic unloading of finished rotors.
