The detergent powder filling capping machine is an integrated automatic solution for filling, cap feeding, and capping of detergent powder and similar fine powders, with a filling range of 10–1000 g.

It features a servo-driven screw filling system for accurate dosing, a touch screen for easy control, and smart functions including no-bottle-no-filling and no-cap alarm/shutdown. An electromagnetic vibration system ensures automatic cap feeding for continuous operation.

Designed to minimize powder dust, the machine offers an optional dust cover. Its compact structure is easy to operate and maintain, with a SUS304 stainless steel body that meets GMP and CE standards.

Ideal for washing powder, cleaning powder, bleaching powder, dishwasher powder, and other powdered materials such as milk powder, coffee powder, flour, and seasoning powder.

By combining filling and capping in one system, it reduces manual handling, improves consistency, and boosts packaging efficiency.
