Combining the heavy-duty 204A Egg Washer and the high-speed 109 Egg Grader, this system delivers a fully automated workflow capable of handling up to 30,000 eggs per hour.

• Flexible Manual Collection: Features a dedicated manual collection table alongside auto-packers to process 2–3 additional egg weight grades simultaneously.

• Intelligent Interlock Control: Designed with an independent control panel for the washer and an intuitive color touchscreen for the grader, interlocked for smooth, safe, and synchronized operation.
