Product Introduction
The CONTEC MS200 is a portable, multi-purpose test instrument designed specifically for evaluating oscillometric non-invasive blood pressure (NIBP) monitors.
The simulator combines several testing functions into a single compact unit. It can generate dynamic blood pressure simulations, perform static pressure calibration, run automated leak tests, and test pressure relief valves. A built-in air pump provides the pressure source, generating pressures up to 400 mmHg (53.3 kPa) without requiring any external air supply.

simulated BP or as pressure source to test relief valve and leak
rate.
Functions
1. Tests the accuracy of NIBP monitors. The MS200 simulates blood pressure under controlled conditions, allowing you to verify whether a monitor is reporting accurate systolic, diastolic, and mean pressures. You can use the eight preset simulations – ranging from 60/30 to 255/195 – or create your own custom profiles.
2. Performs static pressure calibration. You can generate a known static pressure and compare it against the monitor's reading .
3. Runs automated leak tests. The built in pump pressurises the system to a set level, and the simulator measures any pressure drop over time. The screen displays both the peak pressure and the real-time pressure, with the leak rate shown after 10 seconds. Internal leak rate is less than 2 mmHg per minute.
