I. Core Functions
Tightening
Function Description: The pneumatic strapping machine automatically tightens the straps wrapped around the goods to the preset tension.
Purpose: To ensure the straps adhere tightly to the surface of the goods, preventing them from loosening or shifting during transportation and storage.
Adhesion/Locking
Function Description: Secures the joint through two main methods:
Hot-Melt Friction Bonding: This is the most common method. The machine uses a tiny "friction plate" to vibrate and rub the two straps (overlapping sections) at high speed, generating heat to melt their surfaces. Then, rapid pressure is applied and cooling occurs, fusing them into a strong bond.
