REXON TYB series advanced coalescing separation oil purifier is a specialized equipment used for low viscosity oil purification and filtration, such as cutting oil, coolant oil, machining oil, hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, turbine oil, diesel, aviation kerosene, light fuel oil, etc., and can also bypass or online purify the oil separately according to needs.
With advanced coalescing separation technology, the machine efficiently removes free water, emulsified water, sludge, fine particles, and other impurities, restoring oil performance and extending service life.

1. Advanced Coalescing-Separation Technology
This machine adopts our REXON specially designed
coalescing-separation oil-water separator to efficiently remove
moisture from fuel and lubricating oils. No heating is required,
and the dehydration efficiency is more than 20 times higher than
conventional filtration systems.
2. High-Capacity Multi-Stage Filtration System
This machine is specially equipped with high-efficiency,
large-capacity filter elements. The machine effectively removes
solid particles and mechanical impurities, ensuring deep oil
purification and extended filter service life.
3. No Heating Design – Safe & Oil-Friendly
The entire purification process operates without heating, making it
especially safe for fuel oil treatment. At the same time, oil
additives are protected from degradation or deterioration,
preserving the original oil properties.
4. Automatic Operation & Online Water Drainage

discharged automatically during operation without the need for
constant supervision, reducing labor costs and improving
