Fluid frictional resistance restricts flow in pipelines, resulting in reduced throughput and increased energy consumption. The polymer drag reduction method involves injecting a small amount of high-molecular-weight polymer into the fluid to reduce flow resistance under turbulent conditions.

Drag Reducing Agent BA1-9 is widely used in water-based fluids for oil and gas well acidizing and fracturing operations. BA1-9 also exhibits excellent drag reduction performance in acid and brine systems. It features extremely low flow resistance, good compatibility with various additives, and is readily biodegradable.
