The M10BW Complete Unit adopts a core structure of plate
cassette-type semi-welding, based on high-quality stainless steel
corrugated plates. Two plates are attached back-to-back and
precisely welded along the dedicated sealing groove by laser
welding technology to form an independent plate cassette, which
serves as the exclusive flow channel for corrosive media, avoiding
the erosion of equipment seals and other components by corrosive
media from the source.
Gaskets are used for sealing between each independent plate
cassette to form the flow channel for conventional media. During
the operation of the equipment, media such as refrigerant flow
orderly between the plate cassettes and only contact two of the
four annular gaskets at the inlet and outlet, which greatly reduces
the contact area between the medium and the sealing parts. This not
only ensures the sealing performance of the flow channel but also
reduces the wear of the sealing parts, realizing efficient
isolation and stable heat exchange between cold and hot media.
- Wide Temperature Range & High Pressure Resistance: The operating temperature ranges from -38℃ to 200℃, adaptable to complex working conditions with alternating high and
low temperatures; the maximum design pressure can reach 30 bar,
meeting the medium and high pressure heat exchange requirements in

overall compression and deformation resistance, high stability
