Our marine fiber-optic inertial navigation system (FOG INS) is designed for surface vessels, unmanned platforms, and underwater maritime applications. Using a fiber-optic gyroscope as the core inertial sensor with matched accelerometers, the system adopts a strapdown architecture and high-speed onboard navigation algorithms for real-time output of navigation parameters.
Multiple navigation modes are supported, including inertial autonomous navigation, inertial/GNSS integrated navigation, and inertial/log speed fusion. These modes improve accuracy and robustness in GPS-degraded or GPS-denied maritime environments.
The system provides complete navigation data—including heading, pitch, roll, speed, and position—meeting the requirements of naval ships, commercial vessels, USVs/AUVs, and other marine platforms requiring precise inertial navigation performance.
