In textile waste recycling, impurity removal efficiency and fiber quality are the core benchmarks for measuring production line performance.Our production line delivers a compelling result, using white knitted cutting scraps as an example:From raw material to finished product, yarn residue drops significantly from 531 to just 15, achieving a removal rate of over 97%. The yarn content decreases sharply from 27.94% to 0.60%, meaning impurities are efficiently eliminated. At the same time, the two broken knots found in the raw material are completely eliminated in the finished product, effectively preventing downstream yarn breakage risks.The final fiber composition is 39.2% cotton, 60.8% polyester, with traces of elastane — fully demonstrating that our production line can efficiently handle blended waste textiles.
