Adopting an integrated "die forming + TOX rivetless riveting + multi-axis servo positioning" technical framework, it achieves full-process automation from bending, punching, riveting to forming. Through modular workstation design, only nine intelligent riveting clamps are deployed to complete precision assembly of 54 riveting points, with a maximum speed of 1.5-2.0 seconds per rivet.
The production line supports flexible manufacturing of multiple shell and inner drum sheet metal variants. Leveraging 3D design and a dual verification mechanism combining kinematic and dynamic simulation analyses, it enables virtual validation of critical parameters such as material deformation and stress distribution. Engineers can predict product quality in advance, optimize designs proactively, and ensure stable production, achieving an exceptional equipment Cpk of 1.67.
