Rich Color DTF Printing Machine With White Ink Layer For Opacity

Designed for heat transfer film, this DTF printer uses Epson I3200 printheads and accommodates media up to 70cm wide, with throughput reaching 30 square meters per hour. Heavy-gauge steel construction and precision linear guides provide exceptional stability, eliminating high-speed vibration and ensuring accurate positioning. A CMYK plus white ink setup yields vibrant, richly saturated colors. Pre-heating is featured in both the printhead assembly and the powder shaker, enabling reliable powder adhesion even under adverse humidity levels. The mesh belt conveyor ensures smooth, stable media movement without lateral drift. Users can select between two or four printheads, and opt for either one or two sections for the powder shaking and drying machine.

  Guangzhou coolprint digital technology Co., Ltd. was jointly established by Guangzhou Aocai and Shantai Taihe Knitting Factory. The coolprint direct-to-garment (DTG) printer was developed in 2009, with breakthrough achievements made in 2011 and applied in our own printing factory for production.
