Standard Configuration - Single Track Device
Track one is fastening track (unadjustable); Track two is activity
track with electric width adjustment (range: 60mm~475mm).

Vision System & Measurement
Standard Vision System: 300,000 pixels industrial camera supporting electronic component
recognition, automation MARK position fixing, contour capture for
programming. Supports catch on fly for improved recognition speed.
OPDX Lighting: Three colors light for reliable identification in different
environments.
Assembly Options: Laser Altimetry for precise height measurement.

Four-Component Tilting Device
Advanced four-way tilting with stepping motor and Harmonic Drive. A
rotation: 0°~90°, B rotation: 0°~45°. Enhanced precision for
complex dispensing applications.

Dual Valve Operations
Double Valve Synchronism
- Minimum distance between valves: 45mm, maximum: 105mm
- Z-axis micrometer head: manual height correction ±4mm
