1. Equipment Operation Principle
The five station fully servo screen printing machine adopts

follows:
First, manually place the workpiece on the feeding conveyor belt.
The feeding conveyor mechanism transports the printed product at a
90-degree angle to the bottle clamping position of the robotic arm.
The robotic arm clamps the printed product and transfers it to the
positioning station through servo control, which automatically
clamps the product.
The servo system drives the fixture positioning system to
accurately position the product, ensuring the printing position is
error-free.
The robotic arm automatically transfers the positioned product to
the printing station, and the servo system drives the screen device
to complete the printing process with high precision.
After printing, the unloading robotic arm clamps the workpiece and
transfers it to the unloading conveyor belt through servo control
for final unloading.
