Dynamometer Test Bench Overview
Designed specifically for passenger vehicles (1.5-3.0L
displacement) and small generators (80-200kW), this system
integrates a 160kW eddy current dynamometer, an IPC710 measurement
and control system, multi-dimensional data acquisition, and a
lightweight working condition assurance module. It enables
comprehensive testing of power, torque, fuel consumption, and other
parameters at rated speeds of 1500rpm, up to 6000rpm, and a maximum
torque of 1050Nm. Complying with standards such as GB/T 18297-2001,
it is suitable for performance calibration of 80-200kW engines and
500-800-hour endurance testing, meeting the core requirements of
small and medium-sized equipment for precise testing, low-cost
maintenance, and flexible deployment.

(1) 160kW eddy current dynamometer (core loading unit)
