The ZSCQ/180 Vacuum Degasser delivers industry-leading gas separation efficiency (≥92%) for invasive drilling fluids. Its 63000cm² separation area and 0.02–0.04MPa vacuum level ensure rapid removal of entrained gases, stabilizing mud viscosity and restoring density. With integrated heavy-power agitation, the unit eliminates the need for transfer pumps, reducing operational costs. Compatible with 30–37kW centrifugal pumps and a 2890rpm vacuum system, it suits ultradeep and underbalanced drilling. Compact alloy design (2373×1380×1577mm, 1200kg) enables deployment in confined spaces.
