The XBSY JB/W7.5 mud agitator employs a tilted-blade impeller design to generate axial and radial flow patterns, ensuring uniform suspension of solid particles (e.g., barite, cuttings) and preventing sedimentation in drilling fluid tanks. With a 7.5kW motor driving the impeller at 58/72 RPM (50/60Hz), it delivers 15,710 L/min flow capacity, suitable for high-density mud systems. The worm gear reducer minimizes mechanical wear, reducing maintenance frequency by 40% compared to standard gearboxes. Its compact footprint (1101×664×623 mm) allows flexible integration into land-based and offshore rig tanks, while the corrosion-resistant construction extends service life in harsh environments.
