Design Features

Dewatering rollers has larger diameter and better dewatering effect, they endowed belt f ilter with high treatment capacity, high efficiency and energy saving.

Product Introduction
This device integrates drum concentration and belt filtration technology, and achieves the dehydration process through flocculant mixing reaction, drum pre dehydration screening, and double-layer filter belt filtration. Adopting an infinitely variable speed control system to regulate production and dryness, equipped with automatic correction, filter cloth tensioning, and liquid level control functions, the main body is made of 304 stainless steel structure, which combines corrosion resistance and anti leakage characteristics. The built-in intelligent cleaning system can optimize water consumption, with core components including imported German technology accessories, LG electronic control system, and Omron correction device. It can operate without the need for a concentration tank and has the advantages of small footprint, high mud cake solids content, and easy maintenance.
