I. Working Principle
1. Belt Filter Press
After flocculation, the sludge enters the filter belt interlayer
and passes through the gravity dewatering zone, the wedge-shaped
pre-pressing zone, and the multi-roller high-pressure pressing
zone, ultimately forming a sludge cake with a moisture content of
≤80%.
2. Stacked Screw Dewaterer
Propelled by the screw shaft, the sludge moves from the thickening
section (wide filter slots) to the dewatering section (narrow
filter slots). Internal pressure generated by the back pressure
plate squeezes out moisture, achieving continuous dewatering with
low energy consumption.
3. Centrifugal Dewaterer
The drum rotates at a high speed of 3000-4000 rpm. Centrifugal
force deposits solid particles in the sludge on the inner wall. The
screw conveyor discharges the sludge cake, and the filtrate is
discharged through the discharge port.

I. Core Unit Structure
1. Screw Dewatering Machine
Screw Shaft: Surfaced with spiral blades, it penetrates the fixed
and movable rings, propelling the sludge forward and applying
pressure, achieving continuous dewatering.
Screw Shaft and Looping Ring: Staggered to form a filter chamber,
the movable ring rotates in conjunction with the fixed ring to
create a dynamic filter gap, preventing clogging.
Filter Cloth: Wraps the screw shaft, separating water through its
pores. The material must balance water permeability with sludge
