The ST-13A automatic potentiometric titrator is designed in accordance with standards such as the determination of acid value in foods (GB5009.229-2016), the cold solvent automatic potentiometric titration method (the second method), and the determination of peroxide value in foods (GB5009.229-2019).

The instrument uses potentiometric titration to automatically identify the titration end point and automatically calculate the results.
