Overview

This gravity valveless filtration system requires only basic foundation preparation and connection of inlet/outlet pipes to begin operation. Designed with a sealed top cover, it meets stringent hygiene standards and can be installed outdoors. Compared to traditional reinforced concrete filters, it offers a lighter weight, simpler installation, and reduced maintenance needs.

Working Principle

1. Initial Operation:

   • When the filter starts, the media layer is clean, ensuring optimal flow and low head loss.

2. Filtration Cycle:

   • As suspended solids accumulate in the filter media, head loss gradually increases.

   • Water levels in the siphon riser tube rise slowly due to increased resistance.

3. Automatic Backwashing:

   • When head loss reaches a critical point, water overflows into the siphon auxiliary tube.

   • The rapid flow creates a vacuum effect, initiating a siphoning action that draws water over the siphon crest.

   • This triggers a full automatic backflush, cleaning the filter media without manual intervention.

   • After backwashing, the system resumes normal operation.

Packing and Delivery

1. Waterproof packing with the international export standard by 20ft, 40ft, 40hp container. Equipment Fittings, Electric Motor and Power Cabinet will be packed in Wooden Case or Iron Box. Other Equipment will be packed by Color-Stripes Plastic Cloth.
2. The whole plant machinery size are large as normal, so we will use Waterproof cloth to pack all of them. The motor, gear box or other easily damaged parts, we will put them into box. We have a professional shipping department, they will try their best to save your container quantity.
