Constructed from 100% new high-tenacity nylon yarn, it delivers industrial-grade strength at a competitive price. With UV and chemical stabilizers built in, the PP2 belt endures a wide temperature range (about –30°C to +80°C) without frequent replacement, which lowers lifecycle costs. Its specialized weave holds eggs securely, resulting in extremely low breakage (≤0.3%) and maximizing yield from each flock. Since it only requires a cold-water rinse for cleaning and resists wear and farm chemicals, ongoing maintenance is very affordable. Customizable widths (50–100 mm) and easy splicing (sew/weld) allow quick installation on any conveyor frame. By improving throughput and reducing egg losses, the PP2 belt pays for itself through higher productivity and lower operating expenses.
