Qingdao Huashida's large-diameter hollow-wall winding pipe equipment ranks among China's earliest HDPE hollow-wall winding pipe production lines. Backed by strong technical expertise and extensive experience in installation, commissioning, and operation, this equipment can manufacture both hollow-wall winding pipes and antistatic gas-extraction pipes for mining applications. The pipeline system uses specialized fittings-such as electrofusion belts and heat-shrink sleeves-ensuring easy assembly, reliable performance, and cost-effective construction.

The pipes are hot-wound from high-density polyethylene with an I-beam-style wall, combining the strength of steel with the flexibility of plastic. Available in diameters from 300 to 1200 mm, these pipes are ideal for municipal sewer and drainage projects and provide a high-quality alternative to concrete, cast-iron, and conventional pipes.

Extruder

The system uses a PE/PP single-screw extruder. The feeding section of the extrusion unit is equipped with forced water cooling and a grooved barrel, significantly reducing the power consumption of the main drive motor. The extruder features a large L/D ratio screw (30-38:1), offering strong material adaptability and excellent plasticizing performance. For customers using recycled materials or adding calcium carbonate, specially designed screws can be customized upon request.

6. Core Team

The guarantee period is 12 months from the date of installing, but no more than 14 months from the date of delivery. After this period we are obliged to provide with lifelong service at the expense of Buyer.During the warranty period we are responsible to provide trouble shootings and help the customer to solve the problems, provide spare parts which are broken, except breakings caused by the Buyer.We will provide the technical service train the workers from the buyers for free.We can also send technicians to the buyer's companies abroad for help installation and testing the lines. But the buyer shall pay for the round trip tickets, accommodation, transportation, medicine treatment and insurance of the technicians in foreign countries and some salary accordingly.
