Working Principle

The working principle of the 5-50kg bagged powder packaging machine is a highly automated and precisely controlled process.
The core begins with high-precision metering: the equipment precisely controls the amount of powder pushed forward through a screw propeller, or uses a weighing sensor combined with fast, medium, and slow feeding modes to ensure that the weight of each bag precisely reaches the set value.
Subsequently, in the filling stage, the bag clamping mechanism automatically clamps the pre-prepared bag opening, and the powder is injected into the bag through a specially designed filling nozzle. This process often includes an exhaust design to suppress dust and compact the material.
After filling is completed, the bag clamping mechanism releases, and the bagged finished products are transported by a conveyor belt to the sealing station, where a secure seal is achieved through heat sealing or sewing, all under the intelligent control of the PLC system, which is efficient and coherent.
