Machine Characteristics
The HTL series is a large-scale CNC turning center, specially
designed for large and long shaft products. It features an
ultra-wide integral bed, a 45° inclined saddle, and large-sized
roller linear guides and ￠50mm precision-grade ball screw. This
provides sufficient machine rigidity, enabling it to handle various
machining tasks and maintain bed accuracy for a long time.
By applying finite element analysis (FEM), the shape and position
of the reinforcing ribs in the castings are optimized to achieve
the best bed strength, making the bed structure more suitable for
heavy cutting and extending the tool's service life.
