4. Spray Bottle Technology

The molding process (mechanism or manual blowing) is used to form the glass bottle body, and the bottle mouth needs to be precision polished and fire polished to ensure perfect sealing with the pump head. The pump head system includes:
Glass or PP straw: for guiding liquids.

Sealing ring: usually made of PTFE (Teflon) or special rubber to ensure airtightness with the glass bottle mouth.

The principle of plastic bottles is similar to that of glass bottles, but they are usually connected to the plastic bottle mouth through ultrasonic welding or snap fasteners. There are specialized anti-corrosion valve designs for corrosive contents, such as certain cleaning agents.
