1. Ensure engine is cool; disconnect battery and relieve fuel system pressure.
2. Remove intake/exhaust components, oil lines, and electrical connectors attached to the old turbocharger.
3. Unbolt and remove the old unit; clean mating surfaces thoroughly.
4. Install new turbocharger with new gaskets, torquing bolts to specifications (25-30 Nm).
5. Reconnect oil lines, ensuring proper lubrication; reattach electrical connectors and air intake components.
6. Prime the turbocharger with oil before first start; check for leaks and verify boost pressure post-installation.
