Automatic Decanter Centrifuge Separator for Sludge Dewatering 1-100 m³/h

Decanter centrifuge is a mechanical equipment which utilizes the principle of centrifugal and sedimentation to continually separate suspended liquids with density difference.

Our centrifuges can clarify, dehydrate and classify suspensions with 0.002-3 mm solid-phase particles and thickness range at 0.5~40%. Available in two structural types: LW-counter-current and parallel-current.

The bowl and screw make high-speed rotation with a certain differential speed between them. The materials enter the bowl from the feed tube. Under centrifugal force, the liquid of higher specific weight accumulates on the bowl's inner walls and is discharged through the centripetal pump or overflow plate. Lighter liquids form an inner liquid ring, stick to heavy liquid surfaces, and discharge from the overflow channel. The spiral material pusher continuously pushes solids to the bowl's taper end where they discharge from the residue outlet after drying.
