Product Introduction

This product is a high-quality water-based environmentally friendly interior wall paint, made of organic modified inorganic mineral gelling materials, environmentally friendly additives and other raw materials, refined by advanced technology. Product characteristics

1. Healthy and environmentally friendly: formaldehyde, benzene, soluble heavy metals and other harmful substances are not detected.

3. Moisture-proof and mildew-proof: Keep the wall dry and inhibit the growth of mold on the wall.

Product use

Suitable for interior wall surface decoration of various buildings such as high-end residential buildings, apartments, hotels, office buildings, hospitals, schools, shopping malls, etc.

Technical parameters

 Theoretical dosage: about 5㎡/KG/2 times, the actual consumption varies depending on the construction method and the flatness of the base.
 Dilution ratio: according to the actual situation, no more than 20% of clean water can be added for dilution.
 Drying time: about 2 hours for surface drying; recoating time is at least 2 hours (25℃, 50% relative humidity), and it can be extended moderately at low temperature.
 Maintenance time: 7 days/25℃, which can be extended at low temperature (not less than 5℃) to obtain the ideal coating effect.
 Implementation standards: GB18582-2020 "Limits of Hazardous Substances in Wall Coatings for Buildings", GB/T9756-2018 "Synthetic Resin Emulsion Interior Wall Coatings".

Usage method

 Construction method: rolling, spraying, brushing, etc.
 Construction tools: material tray, palette knife, masking paper, short-hair roller, brush, water-based spray gun, etc.
 Construction process:

① On the putty layer, roll and apply 1 coat of blue anti-alkali sealing primer, and wait until it is completely dry;
② Roll and apply the first coat of Lilijia water-based diatom paint, and wait until it is completely dry;
During construction, the corners of the wall must be painted first. When the corners are not completely dry, a large area of rolling is carried out. It is advisable to apply the slurry evenly on the wall from the upper part to the lower part, from left to right, from inside to outside, from easy to difficult, and use a roller or spray gun to apply the slurry evenly to the wall. The force should be uniform and no coating should be missed; the brushing speed should be consistent and the force should be uniform to ensure uniform coating. When rolling, it is strictly forbidden to squeeze the roller when the roller does not absorb much material; when brushing, the number of back and forth brushing should not be too many to prevent bubbling or leaving brush marks; normal rolling construction must be rolled and collected. When recycling, the roller must be collected in the same direction, and it is strictly forbidden to roll back and forth; rollers without dead angles should be selected for rolling construction. Try to stay close to the edge during construction; special areas such as corners, skirtings, and gypsum ceilings can be repaired with a brush for details.
③ Roll the second coat of Lilijia water-based diatom paint.
 Construction environment: It is not suitable to apply when the temperature is below 5℃ or the relative humidity is above 80%.
 Base treatment: Clean the surface of the base to be painted before construction to ensure that the construction surface is clean, free of grease, floating dust, mold algae and other attachments; the construction surface must be flat and dry, without hollows, holes, protrusions, etc.; new base surfaces such as ash sand, plaster, cement (pH value below 10, moisture content below 10%) should be dried before construction.
 During construction, please configure necessary protective and labor protection supplies such as protective glasses, gloves and professional construction clothes according to local operating specifications.
 Before construction, it should be fully stirred and used in a certain proportion. The preparation container must be clean and free of other chemical substances and debris.
 During and after construction, please use clean water to clean the equipment in time.
