Usage method

Construction method: rolling, rubbing, etc.
Construction tools: material tray, palette knife, masking paper, short-hair roller, brush, special sander, etc.
Construction process: ①On the putty layer, roll on one coat of penetrating sealing primer and wait until it is completely dry;
②Roll on the first coat of Imosha S primer and wait until it is completely dry;
The primer needs to be the same color (same color as the topcoat), and the materials need to be mixed evenly. When constructing, it is advisable to apply the slurry evenly on the wall from the upper part to the lower part, from left to right, from inside to outside, from easy to difficult, and use a roller or spray gun to apply the slurry evenly on the wall. The force should be uniform and no coating should be missed; after the primer is completed, the wall needs to be patched, and the primer must be applied after the patch is polished and smoothed; after the primer is rolled on a large area, the corners of the wall must be painted in place, and the coating surface must be allowed to dry and dry to the touch, and the topcoat can be applied only after it is not sticky when pressed by fingers.
③Roll the second coat of Imosha S primer and wait until it is completely dry;
④Roll the first coat of Kashilin, and then rub it with a special grinder to form a specific process pattern according to the specific process requirements, and wait until it is completely dry;
⑤Roll the second coat of Kashilin, and rub it with a special grinder when it is 60% dry to form a specific process pattern.
Construction environment: It is not suitable for construction when the temperature is lower than 5℃ or the relative humidity is above 80%.
Base treatment: Before construction, clean the surface of the base to be painted to ensure that the construction surface is clean, free of grease, floating dust, mold algae and other attachments; the construction surface must be flat and dry, without hollows, holes, protrusions, etc.; new base surfaces such as gray sand, plaster, cement, etc. (pH value is lower than 10, moisture content is lower than 10%) should be dried before construction.
During construction, please configure necessary protective and labor protection supplies according to local operating specifications, such as protective glasses, gloves and professional construction clothes.
Before construction, stir thoroughly and use in a certain proportion. The mixing container must be clean and free of other chemical substances.
Please use clean water to clean the equipment in time during and after construction.
