Production Process:

Drying material requirements: Please dry at 90-100℃ for 3-4 hours;
Injection molding temperature: 165-170 degrees for the first section, 175-190 degrees for the second section, and 175-185 degrees for the third section.
Pressure: 75-110 Pa

• Easy to process: Can be efficiently produced using plastic processing equipment (such as injection molding and extrusion), with short processing cycles and recyclable waste.
• Design freedom: Easy to color (rich and vibrant colors) and overmold (strongly bonded to hard plastics such as PP, ABS, PC, and PA, creating "soft-hard" two-color or multi-color products).
• Weather resistance: Some TPEs offer excellent resistance to UV rays, ozone, and extreme temperatures.
• Chemical resistance: Excellent resistance to water, alcohols, weak acids, and weak bases.
• Environmental friendliness: Recyclable and reusable, with some formulations being biodegradable (depending on the formulation).
• Safety: Can meet stringent safety and regulatory requirements, including those for medical and food grade applications.
