1. Equipment Overview

Working Principle: Through the rotating eight-station turntable, the processes of bag taking, bag opening, metering and filling, exhaust, sealing, coding, testing, and finished product output are completed in sequence.

High efficiency: 8 stations work synchronously, and the speed can reach 40-60 bags/minute (depending on the packaging specifications).

High precision: servo motor control + screw metering, error ≤±1%.

Wide adaptability: Can handle a variety of bag types (such as back-sealed bags, self-supporting bags, four-side sealed bags).

2. Special design for chili powder

Dust prevention system:

Fully enclosed silo + negative pressure dust suction device.

A silicone dust curtain is installed at the screw feed port.

Anti-stick treatment:

Parts in contact with chili powder (such as metering screw) are made of mirror stainless steel or Teflon coating.

Anti-static measures:

Grounding design + ion wind rod (reduce powder adhesion to packaging film).

3. Selection considerations

Material property adaptation:

If the chili powder contains oil or lumps, a vibration arch breaking device needs to be added.

Packaging material:

It is recommended to use anti-static composite film (such as PET/AL/PE) or aluminum foil bag.

Extended function:

Optional nitrogen filling and preservation module (replace oxygen in the bag).

4. Maintenance and troubleshooting

Daily maintenance:

Clean the metering screw and suction cup every shift.

Check the wear of the heat seal strip every week.

Common faults:

Bag opening failure: Check the vacuum degree or compressed air pressure.

Weak seal: Adjust the temperature/pressure, or replace the packaging material.

5. Application scenarios

Applicable products: chili powder, pepper powder, five-spice powder and other seasonings, and can also be expanded to powders such as milk powder and protein powder.
